The Thailand Welfare Cards provide low-income citizens with monthly subsidies to purchase basic commodities to support their daily lives. The consortium of Data Products Toppan Forms Ltd. (DPTF) and Thai British Security Printing Public Company Limited (TBSP) leveraging Datacard® MX8100™ systems enabled the Thailand government and its partnering bank to issue 12 million welfare cards in less than 6 weeks to meet the program commencement date.
